What delivery costs, how long it takes, and the two cases where a parcel travels differently: lithium cells, and the islands.

Shipping is priced on billable weight and destination zone. Billable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, because a propeller box takes the same space on a truck whether it weighs 80 grams or 800.

Transit time is counted in working days from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Orders placed after 2pm are picked the next working day.
Orders over ₹2,999.00 before tax ship free to Delhi NCR, North India and Rest of mainland.
It does not apply to the north-east or the islands. Those two zones cost two to four times as much to serve, and absorbing that into a threshold would mean charging everybody else for it.
The dangerous-goods surcharge below is charged separately and is never waived by the free-shipping threshold.
Lithium polymer and lithium-ion cells are classed as dangerous goods. They move by road, never by air, on every route.

We will not ship a battery to the islands
Air is the only practical route, and lithium cannot fly on that lane. Checkout blocks the order rather than accepting it and cancelling later. Everything else in the catalogue ships to the islands normally.

You get an airway bill number by email and SMS when the parcel is handed to the courier. Tracking usually goes live on the courier’s own system within four to six hours of that, not immediately.
- Deliveries are attempted twice. After a second failed attempt the parcel returns to us and we contact you before re-dispatching.
- Check the outer packaging before you sign. If it is opened, crushed or wet, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day.
- We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the courier. Get the address right at checkout.
An e-way bill is raised for any consignment whose invoice value exceeds ₹50,000, as required by Rule 138 of the CGST Rules. This is our obligation, not yours, and it does not delay a parcel that is otherwise ready.
If you are a registered business, the GSTIN on your order is the one that appears on the e-way bill. Make sure your business profile is correct before placing a large order.
